The  aims of the association is to preserve and the promote traditional art and craft as well as strive to create a productive  environment conducive for the craftsman. It also endeavors to ensure that the craftsman have a sustainable income. The emphasis is not only on craft also on the craftsman and his needs.

The Great Bhadohi crafts society (GBCS) aims at ensuring that the children of artisans continue the Family tradition of craft by making craft sustainable, increasing, awareness, of Indian craft in the country and have a aboard , and helping artisans in terms of the design so that they have a wider market.
To further their aim, the association organization exhibition, seminars and faire exhibition high guilty crafts at competitive prices. The entire  proceeds of sales go directly to the artisans.

Our aim in to achieve highest grouds for Indian Handicraft and take it into globle Market.

  • Improve the capacity of craft capacity  of craftspeople along these skills. The Great  Bhadohi crafts society (GBCS) is a Bhadohi based non project ,Non Government organization committed to the welfare of Poor and backward community  and  craftsmen for craftsmen.
  • The Great Bhadohi Crafts Society (GBCS) is a working for Development handcraft & handloom sector is the state since 8 years ,since inceptin the N.G.O. has been provided financial assistance by the o/o the Deportment commissioner (Handicrafts) Govt. of India Ministry of Textiles new Delhi under various schemes year after year.
